Condition:
This booklet is in generally good condition. There is some discoloration here and there, as to be expected from an issue of this age. There is a one inch tear on the back cover. Otherwise, pages all appear to be intact, without tears and big creases. There is one page with a tear and fold, but it is clear from the printing on that page that the tear happened during printing of the booklet. See pictures for more details.
